Job Summary

We are seeking a talented People Metrics and Analytics Expert to join our team at Culina Group. As a key member of the Stobart HR Team, you will be responsible for providing reporting and analytics for the People function using data from the HR systems.

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm offering a salary of £35,000 per annum + package & benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems, specifically i-trent, and advanced skills in Microsoft office applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide reporting and analytics for the People function using data from the HR systems on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
  • Work in partnership with HR and IT teams to identify HR system improvements which will create better data reporting and increase the accuracy of HR data through validation reporting.
  • Collaborate and work in partnership with HR Business Partners, to interpret and analyse data trends, offering expert opinion and guidance.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver the monthly reporting schedule, allocating and prioritising other work to accommodate deadlines.
  • Produce and interpret large volumes of data with the ability to identify trends and variances, making recommendations that drive efficiency and deliver improvements into the HR service offering.
