Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our team at Novelis, a global leader in aluminum recycling and innovation. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for approximately 250 colleagues, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll administration, with demonstrable expertise in aspects such as auto-enrolment, SMP, SSP, P11D processing, and cycle to work schemes. Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with auditors and third parties are essential.

As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for monitoring and resolving payroll-related issues, maintaining accurate records and reports, and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. Experience of working with an outsourced payroll provider is highly advantageous.

This is a permanent position offering an attractive salary package, company pension plan, and benefits including a Bike2Work scheme and attendance bonus. The salary range for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
