About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Coach to join our team at Career Connect. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 15 and above to access education, employment, and training opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across community locations to provide support and guidance to young people
- Develop and maintain relationships with local stakeholders to promote our services
- Contribute to the development of our UKSPF contract and ensure its successful delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve our social mobility goals
