About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Career Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people to access education, employment, and training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with young people aged 15 and above to identify their career goals and aspirations
  • Develop and deliver personalized support plans to help young people achieve their career objectives
  • Collaborate with local employers and education providers to secure job opportunities and training placements
  • Provide guidance and support to young people on CV writing, interview techniques, and job search strategies
