About the Role
As a Careers Adviser at Career Connect, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides careers support to 16–18-year-olds who are not in education, employment or training (NEET).
Key Responsibilities
- To engage and provide careers support to young people, helping them to identify their career ambitions and move into fulfilling training and employment opportunities.
- To build meaningful relationships with young people, helping them understand their career skills and strengths, overcome personal barriers and create a better future for themselves.
- To work closely with colleagues in partner organisations to help improve outcomes for young people.
What We Offer
- A salary of £26,485 – £30,012 per annum for a 35-hour week.
- Great benefits, including 25 days + Bank Holidays, extra 6 days for staff with longer service, and a birthday day off.
- Opportunities for staff training and internal progression.
