HR Career Development Specialist

e-Careers Limited is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an HR Generalist. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and development of our employees.
This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in HR with little or no prior experience required. You will learn about human resources management, recruitment, and talent development, gaining essential skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this field.
The estimated salary for this role is £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. As you progress in your career, you can expect to earn higher salaries and enjoy increased job security and flexible working opportunities within the industry.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong commitment to pursuing a career in HR and be willing to learn and develop your skills. This includes:
- Understanding human resources management principles and practices

- Gaining certification in CIPD Human Resources
