About the Role

The estimated salary for this position is between £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

At First Intuition, we are committed to delivering exceptional learning experiences. As a Skills and Development Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of our apprentices.

As a key member of our team, your primary responsibility will be to guide learners through their accountancy apprenticeships, providing tailored support to ensure they reach their full potential.

You will work closely with line managers, conducting regular review meetings and monitoring learner progression to guarantee successful outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise while making a meaningful impact on the lives of others.
