Job SummaryThe Certified Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our company maintains its relevant certifications, including ISO, MCS, CHAS, and Constructionline. This role involves arranging and managing audits, assisting with compliance, creating and overseeing filing systems, updating policies, and coordinating responses with other authors. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, a practical approach, and a methodical way of working.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange and manage audit processes to enable renewal of all certifications;
- Assist with the company's compliance to maintain its relevant certification;
- Create and oversee the management filing system in line with current legislation and quality management systems;
- Update all company policies in line with current requirements;
- Keep management and employees up-to-date with the requirements and any relevant changes to processes, procedures, and certification;
- Assist with reviewing and understanding tender quality responses and PQQs;
- Oversee, update, and manage standard quality and support information to assist with tender preparation and submissions;
- Liaise with estimators and provide a standard support document to accompany business marketing;
- Liaise with clients and their teams when necessary;
- Coordinate responses with other authors; and
- Responsible for updating and improving company technical and reference databases.
- Recently graduated with an Environmental related Degree;
- Competent IT skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen;
- Practical approach, logical thought process, and a methodical way of working;
- Strong analytical skills.
