As an Events Coordinator at the University of Cambridge, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality online and in-person events.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement event strategies to meet organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with policy leaders and fellows to ensure successful event outcomes.
  • Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.

You will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. This role requires someone who is proactive, organised, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This is a 12-month fixed-term position, although we may consider part-time or flexible working arrangements. The estimated salary for this role is £26,500 - £32,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
