About the Role:

Centric Software is seeking a highly skilled Presales Consultant to drive solutions to sales engagements, marketing, and business development. As a key member of our team, you will present Planning solutions, map customer requirements to solution capabilities, and collaborate with Professional Services in proposal creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer business requirements to propose Planning Solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to qualify prospects.
  • Deliver in-depth, broad-based pre-sales presentations of the Centric Planning Solution suite.
  • Configure Centric Software solutions that meet customer needs through product presentations and supporting materials.
  • Produce written specifications highlighting product features and benefits/value-add to customers.
  • Analyze requirements and design solutions for complex customer needs.
  • Prepare response documentation for RFI/RFP requests.
  • Ensure clear understanding of customer technology requirements and provide support for Proposal and Project teams.
  • Provide input into future solution functionality, implementation methodology, and customization standards.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns to engage with customers and ensure Sales pitches are aligned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar.
  • Availability for travel depending on location.
  • Fashion/Specialty Retail Planning processes industry expertise.
  • Significant experience with Software Planning, Optimization, Analytics, and system demonstrations.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of database and BI data science applications.
  • Excellent presentation and application demonstration skills.
  • Ability to develop multi-level relationships of confidence and trust with customers and cross-functional colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology and commercial environment.
  • Track record of pre-sales success.
