This role is pivotal in supporting the sales team by delivering expert technical assistance and crafting comprehensive proposals tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Engagement
- Needs Assessment: Analyze client requirements and convert them into detailed scopes and proposals.
- Proposal Crafting: Collaborate with technical teams to develop persuasive and competitive proposals.
- Sales Support: Provide technical training and share knowledge with the sales team to enhance their effectiveness.
- Client Relations: Foster and maintain robust relationships with clients through effective communication and presentations.
- Service Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the organization's Penetration Testing and Security Consultancy offerings.
- Technical Guidance: Address client inquiries and provide expert advice on technical matters.
- Knowledge Contribution: Enhance the organization's knowledge base through active participation.
Essential Qualifications:
- Extensive technical knowledge of penetration testing, IT health assessments, and security evaluations across diverse platforms.
- Demonstrated success in developing winning proposals and responses to tenders.
- Strong understanding of IT security best practices and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in relevant industry sectors such as finance, defense, or government.
- Possession of recognized security certifications.
