Job Title: Presales Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Consultant to join our team at Centric Software. As a Presales Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales process by demonstrating the value of our Centric Pricing software to prospective customers. Your primary responsibility will be to understand and map the customers' requirements to our pricing solutions current capabilities and specify additional requirements for our future product development roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide customer-specific pre-sales presentations of the Centric Pricing Solution in cooperation with Marketing
* Analyze and understand the prospects' business and software solution requirements and current pain points and provide valuable solutions for each customer
* Demonstrate the solutions in pre-sales situations, focusing on the value proposition for the customer and the USPs of our solutions
* Be the first touchpoint to give an overview of IT architecture and data-to-data requirement discussions
* Provide written feature specifications of gaps identified in the pre-sales process that can be generalized for our one release strategy (Feature Requirement Document)
* Contribute to RFPs and RFIs while sales own the entire RFP/RFI process
* Create the business case, including ROIs, for the prospects
* Provide feedback to Product Management teams for customer and prospect enhancements
* Work with Marketing to help promote the solution through webinars, white papers, etc.

Requirements:

* Entrepreneurial, self-starter spirit in an exciting, fast-paced growth environment
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Economics, or Computer Science/Info Systems
* Experience within the Fashion & Retail industry in product management, merchandising, analytics, pricing, strategy, or IT consulting
* Familiarity with Market Intelligence or Pricing solutions
* Excellent presentation and application demonstration skills with small or large audiences
* Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology and commercial environment
* Must be fluent in both English; Spanish and French are a plus
