Perfect People Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Pentesting Presales Engineer to support our esteemed MSSP client, recognized for their pioneering approach and excellence in CHECK and Crest Penetration Testing services over the past decade.
This position is essential in aiding the growth of their sales division by delivering robust technical support and crafting comprehensive proposals and scopes of work.
Key Responsibilities
Client and Sales Support
- Needs Assessment: Grasping client requirements and converting them into actionable proposals.
- Proposal Crafting: Collaborating with the technical team to develop persuasive and competitive proposals.
- Sales Training: Equipping the sales team with necessary technical knowledge and insights.
- Client Engagement: Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with clients through meetings and presentations.
- Service Expertise: Keeping an in-depth understanding of the organization's Penetration Testing and Security Consultancy offerings.
- Technical Guidance: Addressing client inquiries and providing expert advice.
- Knowledge Contribution: Enhancing the organization's knowledge repository.
Essential Qualifications:
- Comprehensive technical knowledge of penetration testing, IT health evaluations, and security assessments across diverse platforms (servers, infrastructure, applications, mobile, social engineering).
- Demonstrated success in developing winning proposals and tender submissions.
- Strong understanding of IT security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in relevant industry sectors (financial services, defense, government, etc.).
- Possession of pertinent security certifications (CHECK, Crest).
