About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Telesales Executive to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients within the construction and civil engineering sectors, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in telesales, preferably in a B2B sales environment, and will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible start and finish times, private healthcare, and a quarterly bonus scheme.
