**Business Development Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Glengormley, NI.
This is a permanent position, working Monday to Thursday on-site and Friday from home.
The salary for this role is £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus bonus and significant progression opportunities.
**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and research potential clients in the construction and civils industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of services with client requirements.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and necessary paperwork to secure business.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, or relevant field.
- Proven track record in business development or Sales.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
