About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base within the construction and civils industry, focusing on onshore and offshore projects.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development or sales, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a willingness to travel as needed. They will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing strategic plans to engage new clients and expand business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the construction and civils sector

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of services and offerings with client requirements
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or relevant field
Proven track record in business development or sales
