About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join our Oncology and Haematology admin team as an Administrative Line Manager. This role could be suitable for a strong Band 4 Team Leader looking to progress to the next stage of their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the line management of the Oncology and Haematology admin team.
  • Strong IT and administration skills, experience of PTL processes, driving change and improvements.
  • Proven team lead experience, working closely with the Admin Services Manager, Clinical Leads and Team Leaders.
  • Implementing process changes to improve services, working closely with other Administrative Line Managers, Admin Services Managers, clinicians and Cluster Managers.
  • Support and motivate the administrative workforce to focus on the needs and experience of our patients.

  • Outgoing, flexible approach to work, good problem solver and keen to get involved in improving patient services.
  • Self-motivated individual who can thrive in a challenging role.
