A highly motivated Adult Healthcare Assistant Day is required to provide support to the clinical team in delivering patient care services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our centre and contributing to the overall quality of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting new patient health checks, including taking vital signs and completing medical histories
  • Support the collection and collation of data on patient needs and outcomes
  • Provide administrative assistance to the clinical team, including processing laboratory samples and managing records
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to infection control protocols and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient information and treatment plans
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with patients, carers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, healthcare sciences)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continued learning

Salary: £24,500 per annum
