Patient Support and Liaison Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Promoting the awareness of patient services among staff, patients, service users, and visitors.
- Supporting staff in identifying and reporting incidents/near misses related to patient experiences.
Requirements:
- Working experience in a PALS role or customer service environment.
- Ability to work in an environment with conflicting pressures and changing workloads.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and databases.
