About the Role
Are you passionate about ensuring patient safety in a dynamic healthcare environment?
We are seeking an experienced Patient Safety Specialist to lead our incident investigation team and provide expert guidance on patient safety methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing complex information, presenting meaningful results, and applying safety science approaches.

Job Responsibilities
  • Liaise with stakeholders to investigate incidents, identify system failures, and promote a just culture within the Trust.
  • Support the development and implementation of national and local safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice on patient safety, safety science, and systems thinking to inform improvement work.

Salary
£85,000 - £105,000 per annum.
