Divisional Nurse Director Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Divisional Nurse Director to join our team at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. As a key member of our Surgery, Critical & Emergency Care Division, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of senior service leadership and management in a multi-disciplinary environment. They will demonstrate a deep understanding of clinical governance, safety, and quality improvement principles, with a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion. With a focus on developing and coordinating clinical governance, safety, and quality improvement planning, this role will play a critical part in driving excellence in patient care and outcomes.
As a leader within our division, you will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and Divisional Director to provide clear and strategic vision, ensuring effective operational management and delivery of services. You will also lead responsibility for developing and implementing plans to improve clinical quality, safety, and patient experience standards, as well as improving patient outcomes.
