Mental Health Care Leadership Position

This challenging yet rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. As Charge Nurse, you will be expected to take responsibility for supporting your care team and working within governance processes to ensure effective care delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree or equivalent qualification and at least two years of post-basic experience, including one year as a Senior Staff Nurse. Management/leadership of junior staff is also essential.

Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to use own initiative, and common sense are necessary for success in this role. The salary for this position is estimated to be around £38,000-£50,000 per annum.
