Job Description

We are recruiting for a Senior Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Norfolk Community Health and Care NHS Trust. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, leading the development and implementation of our medicines optimisation strategy.

Main Accountabilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of relevant strategies, policies, and patient group directions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and governance frameworks.
  • Participate in regular audits.

You will also be responsible for providing a clinical pharmacy service to inpatient areas, following our clinical pharmacy standards, ensuring effective medicines optimisation through a patient-centred approach. The estimated salary for this position is £58,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience.
