About the Job

As a Community Pharmacist, you'll be at the forefront of delivering excellent customer and patient care in our pharmacies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing expert advice and guidance to patients on their medication and health-related queries.
  2. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  3. Collaborating with store teams to build pharmacy capabilities and enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Conducting regular reviews and audits to ensure patient safety and well-being.
  5. Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services, including vaccinations and health checks.

What We're Looking For
You'll need to have a strong passion for community pharmacy and providing exceptional patient care. In addition, you should possess:

  • Registration with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
  • High levels of professional expertise and a respected reputation among peers and stakeholders.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and national/local services.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to put patients at ease.
