About the Role

We are seeking a professional Relief Duty Manager to join our team at McCarthy Stone, a leading provider of luxury retirement living. As a Relief Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our development, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the security and safety of the development, ensuring the well-being of residents and staff.
  • Coordinate and facilitate activities that promote community spirit and social interaction among residents.
  • Oversee the Care and Support teams, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and support.
  • Provide emergency support to residents during night shifts, responding to any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience in a care or support environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on resident satisfaction and well-being.
