As a Relief Duty Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our development.
- You'll be responsible for overseeing the safety and well-being of our homeowners, managing security protocols, and coordinating activities that foster a strong sense of community.
- Your responsibilities will also include providing support to the Care and Support teams, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to deliver exceptional care.
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A day rate of £11.44 per hour and a sleeping night rate of £14.02 per hour, with additional pay for weekend work.
