McCarthy Stone is seeking a dedicated and professional Relief Operations Manager to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our esteemed community.

About the Position:

As a Relief Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service that we are known for. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the safety and wellbeing of residents.
  • Managing the security of the premises.
  • Coordinating with Care and Support teams to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Facilitating community activities to foster a vibrant living environment.

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary of £11.44 per hour for day shifts and £14.02 per hour for sleeping night shifts, along with additional benefits.

Work Schedule:

Hours will be discussed with management and will include both day and night shifts, with specific timings outlined during the interview process.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a care or support environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • A desire to work in the Health and Social Care sector, preferably with a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification, or equivalent experience.
