McCarthy Stone is seeking a dedicated Relief Duty Manager to join our team at Monument Place in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a thriving community of active and independent older adults, ensuring they live fulfilling lives in elegant private apartments within a beautiful setting.

As a Relief Duty Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of our development.

  • You'll be responsible for overseeing the safety and well-being of our homeowners, managing security protocols, and coordinating activities that foster a strong sense of community.
  • Your responsibilities will also include providing support to the Care and Support teams, ensuring they have the resources and guidance needed to deliver exceptional care.

  • A day rate of £11.44 per hour and a sleeping night rate of £14.02 per hour, with additional pay for weekend work.

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced individual with:

  • A warm and friendly demeanor, coupled with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a care or support environment, ideally with a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification.
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
