As a Relief Lodge Manager, you will cover the absences of permanent Lodge Managers at our retirement developments in the region, providing a first-class service to our owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance of the property, ensuring a safe and secure environment for our owners.
- Administer the office, including arranging contractors and complying with health and safety checks and standards.
- Facilitate social events and support the sales team with customer viewings.
- Liaise with various departments and external contacts to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management, social housing, retail, care work, customer service, or hospitality.
- Computer literacy with experience using MS Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Outgoing and friendly personality, with a love of people and socializing.
What We Offer:
