Key Responsibilities- Manage the Security of the Development: Oversee the safety and wellbeing of our residents, ensuring that our communities are secure and welcoming.
- Coordinate Care and Support Teams: Work closely with our care and support teams to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
- Facilitate Community Activities: Coordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen the community spirit within our developments, promoting social interaction and a sense of belonging among our residents.
- Provide Emergency Support: Be available to provide emergency support to our residents during designated periods, ensuring that they receive the help they need in a timely and efficient manner.
- Experience in Care or Support Environment: Have experience working in a care or support environment, with a strong understanding of the needs and requirements of older adults.
- Excellent Care Skills: Possess excellent care skills, with the ability to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
- QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 Qualification: Hold a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent, although consideration will be given to candidates with alternative qualifications and relevant experience.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
