International Partnerships Manager

We are seeking an experienced International Partnerships Manager to join our team at Spotlight Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the international school marketplace and leveraging relationships with education agents to drive student enrolment to our campuses in the UK and US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify key markets for growth opportunities and build effective business development/partnerships strategies
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with education agencies and consultancies for independent schools
  • Organise global webinars, student recruitment fairs, and overseas visits to schools and key partners
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Requirements:
  • Similar international partnerships experience within the education sector
  • Existing network of contacts with agencies and education consultancies
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to inspire students and partners

We offer a hybrid role with 2-3 days working from our offices in Oxford and 2 days working from home. In addition to this, we offer 32 days holiday (including bank holidays) and the exciting opportunity for international travel. If you are an experienced International Partnerships Manager with excellent relationship building skills, then this strategic yet hands-on role is certainly for you.
