Oxfam GB is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract that offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in securing gifts from individual philanthropists and trusts and foundations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining income-generating partnerships, whether with private sector partners, individual supporters, trusts, foundations, or similar. They will be able to review and analyse a range of programme information, including theories of change, proposals, project updates, reports, and budgets.

The role requires the ability to travel to in-person donor meetings in the UK and potentially overseas. The post holder will undertake the appropriate level of training and be responsible for ensuring that they understand and work within the safeguarding policies of the organisation.
