About the Role

Oxfam GB is a leading global development organisation working to end poverty and inequality. We are seeking an experienced Strategic Philanthropy Development Manager to join our team in this exciting new role.

Job Description

This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement strategies that secure significant gifts from individual philanthropists and trusts and foundations.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining income-generating partnerships with private sector partners, individual supporters, trusts, foundations, or similar entities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyse programme information, including theories of change, proposals, project updates, reports, and budgets.
  • Travel to in-person donor meetings in the UK and potentially overseas.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - 45,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including:
