We are seeking an experienced Philanthropy Manager to join our team and help us bring our new and ambitious fundraising strategy to life.

This is a hybrid full-time role, with 2 days per week spent working in our office in Oxford. You will work in an external facing role, managing existing donors, internal prospecting, pipeline development, building new relationships, and creating a network of local support. You will have the opportunity to develop in the area of major gifts, with support from our friendly Philanthropy Team.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, able to create cultivation and management plans for donors, taking into account their interests, appropriate communication, and financial asks. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement fundraising strategies, ensuring that we are delivering exceptional care to our patients.
