Healthcare Partnership Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Partnership Manager to join our team at Ashfield Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing national market access strategies across their region, driving formulary inclusion and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver national market access strategies at a regional level to drive formulary inclusion and generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify new and renewal business opportunities within the region, utilizing available data to enable strategic planning and targeting of business opportunities.
  • Work in collaboration with the Clinical Specialist to formulate a robust regional business plan, incorporating market access and clinical strategies.
  • Develop flexible solutions for Trust/Community accounts to maximize implementation and adoption across the designated portfolio.
  • Position Ashfield Healthcare regionally as the industry partner of choice, utilizing the Partnership offering with senior NHS stakeholders to innovate access for target accounts.

Requirements:

  • Ability to create and influence new business opportunities.
  • Excellent customer and account management skills.
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze sales data.
  • In-depth NHS knowledge, including key policy drivers and organizational structure particularly within the ICS.
