About the Job
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments of children's needs, developing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other agencies.
  • Assess, monitor, and review social care needs, ensuring that individuals receive the necessary support and services.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing the safety and well-being of vulnerable people.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold HCPC registration and 1-2 years post-qualifying experience in the UK social care industry.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with children, families, and professionals.
  • Hold significant knowledge of care benefits, fees, and allowances, as well as social work issues and the legal framework underpinning care services.

Salary and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus guaranteed weekly payment.
