Child Development Specialist

**Job Role:**

We are looking for a skilled Child Development Specialist to join our team at Long Term Futures Ltd. As a Senior Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the early development of young children through delivering engaging activities aligned with the EYFS framework.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Leading a team of nursery staff to deliver exceptional care and education.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, and the wider school community.
  • Creating and implementing creative and age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
  • Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.

**Requirements:**

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.

**Estimated Salary: £95-120 per annum**.
