About the Role
  • Undertake comprehensive assessments of children's needs, working closely with families and other agencies to develop effective care plans.
  • Assess, monitor, and review social care needs, arranging appropriate services to support individuals and their families.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing the protection and well-being of vulnerable people.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Hold HCPC registration and 1-2 years post-qualifying experience in the UK social care industry.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with children, families, and professionals.
  • Hold significant knowledge of care benefits, fees, and allowances, as well as social work issues and the legal framework underpinning care services.
