Homecare Support Associate Role

We're seeking a Homecare Support Associate to join our dedicated team at Choice Care. As an Adult Care Worker Apprentice, you'll embark on a journey to develop your skills and knowledge in health and social care while contributing to the well-being of our residents. The role features a 5-hour contract, offering a suitable balance between work and personal responsibilities. Those with qualifications in health and social care may be eligible for higher earning potential.
This position involves shift work and weekend duties, which are scheduled according to a rota basis to accommodate individual needs. We provide various working patterns to ensure flexibility and cater to different lifestyles. Our in-house training program is designed to equip employees with valuable skills at no extra cost.
In this role, you'll need to possess essential qualities such as being patient, reliable, and flexible, with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
