Performance Improvement Manager

Venn Group is working with a Local Authority in London to recruit a Performance Improvement Manager who can develop an improved approach to planning and delivering organisational reporting.
This exciting opportunity requires the ability to work effectively in a PMO environment, analysing data and creating clear programme governance standards and frameworks.
The successful candidate will have experience of developing performance frameworks and working with members and senior leadership within a Local Government setting.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality reporting approaches that provide valuable insights for senior leadership and members.
The estimated salary for this position is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
