Administrative Support Officer

Job Purpose: To provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the service area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to staff members, including managing correspondence and maintaining records.
- Coordinating meetings and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files and other documents.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
