At Enable Scotland, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate Senior Team Manager to strengthen our management teams and support frontline staff to deliver high-quality, bespoke care to individuals with learning disabilities.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of frontline staff to support individuals to achieve their personal outcomes, live the life they choose, and become an inclusive member within their own community.

We are looking for someone with experience in managing/supervising teams, delivering and leading excellent support practices, creating and delivering robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments. You should also have strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of support they deliver.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a range of benefits such as health cash plans, employee assistance programmes, cycle to work schemes, and season ticket loans.
