About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export and Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Office Angels, UK. As a key member of our international trade team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the UK/Export team and external field sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Retain, develop, and grow new and existing customers through regular proactive contact and tailored sales strategies.
  • Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Complete and track new account set-up procedures for new customers, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration into our systems.
  • Input new prospect data into our CRM system, utilizing product literature, adverts, and offers to generate sales with allocated customers.
  • Regularly record and update customer information, including contact data and emails, onto our customer operating system.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in export, sales, and customer support, with a strong understanding of international trade and customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Computer literacy and a good understanding of CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a dynamic and ever-changing market.
