Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the UK/Export team and external field sales team to drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to identify opportunities for product sales.
- Regularly communicate with customers via phone and email to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Process and track customer orders, and complete new account setup procedures for new customers.
- Utilize product literature, adverts, and videos to generate sales with allocated customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in export, sales, and customer support.
- Strong computer skills and understanding of CRM systems.
- Multilingual skills are an advantage.
- Focused and driven individual with a strong work ethic.
