We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team at Tech Connect Group. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage designated customer accounts, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of queries and issues
- Process quotes, data entry, and manual order entry with high accuracy
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Sales Managers and Product Managers
- Setup and manage new customer accounts, process application forms, and end-user statements
- Run weekly systems reports and perform updates to sales orders as necessary
- Manage order books and shipping reports from manufacturers
- Promote excellent customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and telephone skills
- Conversant with Microsoft Office
- Awareness of multi-currency processes (GBP and $)
- High level of numeracy and literacy
- Able to use own initiative, training tools, and company procedures
- Ability to learn in-house software systems
- Knowledge of export compliance and logistics is advantageous
