Job Type: 6 Month Contract – Possibility of extension/made permanent

Cpl Life Sciences is currently partnered with a multinational pharmaceutical client who is looking for a Business Associate to join their team for an immediate start. The role is initially a 6-month contract with a chance of it being extended or made permanent.

This is a great opportunity to join a role in a finance organisation of a large subsidiary of a US multinational corporation. In this role, the business associate will experience all aspects of the finance team's operations, particularly in areas of supply chain management and financial partnering with broader business units and supporting the Product Supply and Distribution team to identify potential future process improvements and financial savings.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the month end process, evaluating sales and inputting in the Lilly month end reporting process

Reporting sales and financial metrics to government or other external agencies

Weekly sales reporting, using SAP, ex-wholesale and market data sources

Tracking and validation of free of charge billings, sales data and customer incentive proposals

Analysing sales data supporting internal customer requests

Commercial scheme management updating trackers, monitoring and analysing trends

Supporting the Commercial Manager in building and initiating deals with external customers

Identify and implement process improvements for the wider team

Required Qualification/Characteristics:

Strong business acumen including data analysis, accurate reporting and presentation skills

Thrives in a team environment but also self-motivating and happy to work on individual tasks

Good technical experience of excel essential/ sales reporting systems

Experience of PowerBI and interesting in Data Analytics & Data Visualization

Organisational and project management skills

Ability to bring new ideas to the business

Self-motivated

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Flexible and willingness to adapt to new and different challenges as they arise

Training and Development:

Full training on tools, product knowledge and internal systems will be provided within day-to-day functions.
