Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our Accounting & Finance department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will also ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and legislation, including tax and pension contributions.
Responsibilities:
* Manage payroll processing, including employee data, tax details, and deductions
* Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and legislation
* Maintain and update payroll records
* Address payroll queries from employees and liaise with HR to resolve any issues
* Provide administrative and financial support to the finance department
* Collaborate closely with the Financial Controller to ensure accurate reporting and smooth financial operations
Requirements:

* Proficiency in relevant payroll software
