Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team at Tech Connect Group. As a key member of our Financial Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage designated client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders and communications.
  • Process quotes, data entry, and order processing, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Managers and Product Managers, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues.
  • Set up new customer accounts, process application forms, and maintain accurate records.
  • Run weekly systems reports, perform updates to sales orders, and manage order books and shipping reports from manufacturers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:
