Care Coordinator for Complex Needs

Elysium Healthcare Limited is recruiting for a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join its specialist mental health service at All Saints Hospital in Oldham.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in caring for individuals with complex communication needs and will provide expert guidance to colleagues.
Key Duties:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to service users with deaf or hard of hearing requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Support and mentor junior staff members to enhance their professional growth
- Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate records of service user progress
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- RMN qualification
- NMC registration
- Desirable: British Sign Language qualification
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and values-based practice
