We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Coordinator to join our Early Intervention team in Oldham. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals at risk of developing psychosis.

About the Role:

  • This position involves providing specialist support to clients with ARMS and FEP, working closely with mental health professionals to deliver biopsychosocial treatment programs.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in CBT, including experience of working with adolescents and adults with complex mental health needs.
  • A thorough understanding of risk management and assessment principles is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • You will also be responsible for supervising junior staff, contributing to service development projects, and engaging in ongoing professional development.

About You:

  • You will be a qualified CBT therapist with post-graduate diploma level accreditation from a recognized organization (e.g., BABCP).
  • Experience of working within a multidisciplinary team is essential, as is a strong understanding of Early Intervention for Psychosis and CBT principles.
  • An ability to work flexibly, with excellent time management and prioritization skills, is crucial.
  • You will be self-motivated, willing to engage in training to meet the needs of this client group, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
